End-User License Agreement (EULA) of FZM

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before, downloading, using or coping any of FZM's content ("FZM ModPacks").

By downloading, using or copying our content, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and FZM and it governs your use of any of FZM's content made available to you by FZM.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, use or copy our content.

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you by FZM for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

License

FZM grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use FZM's content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

 

You are permitted to load the FZM content (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control.

You are not permitted to:
- Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change  the whole or any part of their content.
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use their for any commercial purpose.
- Allow any third party to use their on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
- Use their content in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law.
- Use their content for any purpose that FZM considers is a breach of this EULA agreement.

Unless, FZM specifically agree to it.

"FZM_Library" Mod Pack, or any other FZM ModPacks that they release or anything "what FZM have made" includes, but is not limited to, the mod files , 3D models, textures and scripts. It also includes any updates, patches, add-ons, or modified versions of any of FZM content.

We will be trying to maintain and keep our Mod Packs and Tutorial's Up to date but we are not required to do so. When games develop they update and they may break our Mods and Tutorials this is unfortunate but we do not take any responsibility for any lose of content due to the use of our mods.

If you have any suggestions for new content you would like to see you can message us the suggestion but we may or may not create what you are after. Also, we are not required and will not pay you for any ideas and suggestion that we do use.
